What is Climacure Crawlspace?

The essential thing about patent pending Climacure is a built-in computer that registers the climate in the crawlspace by using temperature and moisture sensors. Climacure continuously calculates whether there is a possibility that mould or rot fungus spores can complete their growth process.

Should this be the case, Climacure stops the completion of the growth process by heating the crawlspace with a heating cable. In other words, Climacure works by increasing the temperature in the space. When the temperature increases, the relative humidity decreases, which is favourable since mould and rot fungus can grow when the relative humidity is too high.

With time the crawlspace will also dry out; warm air can carry more moisture than cold air and therefore the ventilated air carries out more moisture than what enters it.

The same principle makes it dry in the living area in winter time when the heating is active.

In addition, Climacure protects against nasty-smelling earth bacteria and other damp related damages by keeping the relative humidity down.

Climacure Crawlspace comes in three different sizes

Climacure Crawlspace for smaller crawlspaces can manage spaces up to a maximum of 90 square metres provided that the crawlspace is not divided into sections.

Climacure Crawlspace Double  is designed for slightly bigger crawlspaces or spaces that are not divided into more than three sections. This is the most common Climacure and it fits in most modern crawlspaces.

Climacure Crawlspace Tripple fits in larger crawlspaces or those that are divided into several sections. For example houses that have been added to.

Climacure is designed to be very dependable and therefore suited to be installed permanently in the house. Climacure has no movable parts that can break and the electronics has multiple protections against thunder and other over-voltage events.
